Rally&Broad

Rally & Broad has said goodbye.

After four glorious Seasons of bringing words, music and lyrical delight to audiences all around Scotland, Rally & Broad presented its final cabarets in Edinburgh and Glasgow in June 2016.

Rally (Jenny Lindsay) and Broad  (Rachel McCrum) would like to thank the artists, the Rally & Broad team, the literary and spoken word community in Scotland, and most of all, the audiences for their wonderful support over the past four years.

It’s been beautiful. Ladies & gentlemen, we have been Rally & Broad (2012 – 2016).

Rachel & Jenny

Put on your red shoes, you pretty things, and let’s dance with the sailors. We could be heroes. We can be heroes. April’s Rally & Broad is celebrating all of our heroes – not just Bowie, although we loved him dearly. Those leggings from Labyrinth were responsible for all sorts of awakenings chez Rally and chez Broad, not to mention a lifetime’s education in eyeshadow application. But sometimes, it’s time to raise a glass and salute our heroes, inspirations and aspirations…

Joining us onstage, all heroes in their own right!
